Anthony J. Schiuma, Esq.

Prior to joining Attorneys Jo Ann Hoffman & Associates, P.A., Anthony J. Schiuma worked for one of Florida's largest insurance defense law firms, where he litigated Workers' Compensation and Auto Accidents in the No-Fault Personal Injury Protection division. Mr. Schiuma has heavy litigation experience from serving as an Assistant State Attorney for Broward County, Florida. During his time as an Assistant State Attorney, he served as a division leader in the Felony Trial Unit prosecuting first degree felonies and cases punishable by life imprisonment. Prior to leaving the State Attorney's Office, Mr. Schiuma was a member of the Economic Crimes Unit, which focused on prosecuting complex Thefts, Frauds, and Exploitations. Throughout his time at the State Attorney's Office he prosecuted thousands of felony and misdemeanor cases while trying more than 20 of them to verdict.

Always a star, Mr. Schiuma graduated Cum Laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and then earned his Juris Doctor from University of Miami School of Law. Since joining Attorneys Jo Ann Hoffman & Associates, P.A., Mr. Schiuma has specialized in litigating local Personal Injury cases and international Defense Base Act claims. Born and raised in South Florida, Mr. Schiuma is passionate about advocating for the injured in his hometown community and around the world.
